# How To Make It:
- In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup water and 1 cup granulated sugar. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat, stirring continuously until the sugar dissolves completely.
- Add 2 tablespoons dried culinary lavender to the syrup, stir well, and remove from heat. Cover the saucepan and allow the mixture to steep for 10 minutes to extract the floral notes.
- Pour the lavender syrup through a fine mesh sieve to remove all lavender solids. Allow the strained syrup to cool to room temperature before use.
- In a large pitcher, combine 1 cup fresh lemon juice, 4 cups cold water, and 1/2 cup cooled lavender syrup. Stir thoroughly to incorporate all ingredients.
- Add 1/3 cup fresh mint leaves to the pitcher and gently muddle them using a wooden spoon to release their aromatic oils without crushing the leaves excessively.
- Fill serving glasses with ice cubes and pour the lavender lemonade evenly among them. Top each glass with lemon slices and fresh mint sprigs. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
